Anger management

Getting upset is no big deal. Things go against our expectations despite our best efforts, and we end up angry and bitter.

More often than not, we can yell at the source, do something to fix it, and get it over with.

But sometimes, we can't do - or say - much. Maybe because we can't do much, say anything to the person who caused it, or because we are responsible for our situation.

Things go pear shaped in these cases. We get agitated at every single thing that is out of ordinary. The dog which jumps at you. The bike which doesn't start. The friend who calls up.

We've already spoiled our moods, and we end up screwing up someone else's day too. Only if we didn't keep quiet when things were going wrong.
